Colonial Tasting Spoon
$200.00

An Early-American style spoon, inspired by hearth-cooking utensils of the 18th and early 19th centuries. Forged entirely by hand in Texas by up and coming blacksmith Josh Rachita, these spoons have nicely filed handles- a popular process sometimes referred to in the period as “whitesmithing”. A durable and beautiful heirloom-quality piece of kitchenware, this spoon will delight and serve for generations, just as so many like it have for centuries past. We only have a couple of these in stock, and the style of the filed decoration is different on each. Check out the pictures, and choose the style when ordering. Overall length is around 14” long, with an approximately 2-1/2” diameter bowl.
